Jess and Ben’s wedding went of withoug a hitch in two of the most photogenic settings I’ve worked in for a while. Jess got ready at her parents house not far from the church and was transported down the road in a very cool VW camper van, kitted out especially for the wedding. The church of Brindle St. Josephs is secreted down a country lane, by the very apt and original name of ‘Private Road’, and surrounded by beautiful trees and miles of rolling countryside.
The reception venue is in a little place called Bartle near Preston. Like the church it’s in quite a rural area. The building itself has a myriad rooms that guests can use including the bar which opens out onto the lawn. This is the third wedding I’ve shot a tthis venue and have loved every one. From a photography point of view it’s fantastic and I’d love to shoot there again soon.
